What2Expect

Fun...Fitness...Friends...Results!

F2S is a hybrid style of workout which includes short yet highly effective tabata, resistance-band, and body-weight exercises.  Our clients have experienced  drastic results in as few as 10 days.  Whether you are already toned and physically fit or in various levels of decondition, F2S is designed to help you meet your fitness goals.


What2Know

  • We meet in an outdoor park setting 
  • We provide all necessary equipment; you bring a towel and water.
  • Participants have differing levels of fitness & experience 
  • We accept you where you are and encourage growth
  • We modify and personalize exercises according to abilities
  • We provide corrective exercise training to correct muscle imbalances. (weak back, knees, posture, etc.)
  • You will develop camaraderie with others on this journey of health & fitness
  • We invite you to use your fitness to practically serve in your community (see "Why F2S?")

 

Teamwork=Results

  • Teamwork equals results! Your down-to-earth trainer will help create an informal atmosphere where you will be encouraged to push yourself - but he won't yell at you!
  • Variety of exercises strengthening the entire body, increasing cardiovascular endurance, and developing balance.
  • Our fellow exercise participants become both our encouragers and motivators by celebrating success.

What2Bring

  • A beach towel or exercise mat to lay on for some exercises
  • A sweat towel to mop up your face
  • A large bottle of water (water may not be easily accessible at the park)
  • An adventurous ATTITUDE to work hard and try new things
